Welcome to Our Company
Therapy or counseling at Mind and Body Integration Clinic is not just about focusing on the problems in life, but more about creating healthy attachments and solution building, through trauma informed care and Integrative Mental Health.
Although Integrated Mental Health acknowledges present problems and past causes, it predominantly explores your current resources and future hopes – helping you to look forward and feel empowered to use your strengths to achieve YOUR goals.
It works by helping you to overcome issues past, present, and future. We use a trauma informed, attachment based, and client centered approach.
Solution building concepts and building helpful coping skills helps foster change, growth, and peace as you heal.
We empathize with your struggles and believe that you are equipped with the skills to create change in your life, though you may need help refining and identifying those skills. It is also our belief that on some level you already know what change is needed in your life. Therefore, we are professionally trained to help you clarify your goals and guide you to see what is working for you. We encourage you to experiment with new approaches to the problems you are facing. Our staff is trained and specializes in working with the LGBQT community
We are Licensed Clinicians with years of experience and similar views. Our theoretical approach to counseling is “multi-modal” with a strong emphasis on trauma informed, attached based, Integrative Mental Health and Medicine. This aids and influences your ability to empower yourself and motivate change.
We can not separate our body from our mind, they are meant to work together as a system. Our services are meant to help the WHOLE PERSON heal and grow.
The human spirit can overcome anything if it has hope. Addressing the issues effecting your daily life will help you find joy and cleave to the reasons for living life.
