Certified Reiki and ThetaHealing Practitioner
Dan is a certified Reiki and ThetaHealing Practitioner. He also specializes in Emotional Transformation Release (ETR) and Nutritional Bioscan Technologies. He uses his experience as a medical intuitive and empath to administer the practice of Energy Medicine.
As a troubled teen, Dan struggled navigating the whirlwinds of high school and a chaotic home. He felt alone, unloved and misunderstood. Searching for healing in different avenues, it wasn’t until he was introduced to an energy healer that his internal transformation began.
“Working with this energy healer ignited a spark within me and ultimately inspired me to become a practitioner myself. After my healing took place from my own trauma, heartaches, and regret, I made it my life’s mission to assist others in their journey with energy medicine.
Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blockages. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.”
That definition is a lot to process, so here are some facts that can clear up any confusion or misconceptions about energy healing.
1. Cultures have studied the body’s energy centers for thousands of years.
Reiki is Japan’s tradition of energy healing, it dates back to the early 20th century. The seven energy transmission centers of the body, known as Charkas are described in ancient, Hindu texts. Meridians, the energy superhighways of the body, are the road maps on which traditional Chinese medicine practitioners based acupuncture. All of these systems are integrated into what makes up modern Energy Medicine.
2. Energy healing is based on scientific principles.
In high school physics class, we learn that matter is made up of molecules. Even an inanimate object, such as a table, vibrates all the time. As humans, we too are vibrating. The Human Energetic Field (HEF) has been verified in scientific findings and thanks to technological advancements, can even be measured.
When you say someone has “good vibes,” you are really talking about that person’s vibrational energy — happy people vibrate on a higher frequency. You can feel their effervescence! Places have vibes too! Walking into a room where a fight just occurred, you may feel a dense energy, making you want to leave right away. In contrast, the beach has a lighter energy because the salt and beach air vibrate at a higher frequency.
3. You don’t have to be spiritual to benefit from energy healing.
You don’t need to understand the law of gravity before you can fall down, similarly you don’t need to completely grasp the concept of energy healing before it lifts you up. If you are stressed, anxious, or physically drained, an energy healing session can help you relax and feel more balanced. And being relaxed and balanced is the key to increased happiness and joy.
